Dispatch Time

Orders are hand-packed in small batches and posted from Melbourne, VIC. We aim to dispatch every order within 2 business days of payment being received. During particularly busy periods (spring sowing season especially), dispatch may take a little longer — we'll always get your seeds moving as quickly as we can.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

• Flat rate of $1.70 AUD per order, regardless of how many packets you buy
• Sent via Australia Post Standard Letter
• Typical delivery time: 7–10 business days

International Shipping

• Flat rate of $7.00 AUD per order, regardless of how many packets you buy
• Import duties, taxes and customs charges (if any) are the buyer's responsibility and vary by country
• Some countries restrict the import of live seeds — please check your local biosecurity/customs rules before ordering. We are not responsible for seeds seized or destroyed by customs.

Tracking & Express Post

Our standard flat-rate postage (both domestic and international) is sent via untracked mail. If you'd like tracking, you're welcome to request Express Post instead — email us before ordering and we'll confirm the express cost and tracking details for your location.

Combining Orders

Yes — postage is a flat rate per order no matter how many seed packets you add, so there's no cost benefit to placing separate orders. Add everything you want to your cart and check out once. This applies to both domestic ($1.70 AUD) and international ($7.00 AUD) orders.
